Rode 65 miles from Long Beach to Oceanside today.
Went through Seal Beach, Huntington, Laguna, and Camp Pendleton. I've seen a lot of surfers lately.
Also a big rattlesnake was sunning himself by the side of the bike trail in Pendleton.
It was pretty warm and I kept looking for shade. I put sunscreen on four times a day.

Stay safe for this last leg, hope you get an early start when it is cooler. Heck there is an ocean to jump into to cool off at the end.
